Easy, Healthy Lunch Options for Travel Nurses

It can seem impossible to fit everything you need to do into a day- excel at work, exercise, maintain a social life, keep your house or apartment clean, enjoy hobbies, eat healthy, and the list goes on. But as a nurse, you understand the importance of a good diet! That’s why we’re here to help you by providing some easy go-to menu ideas for when you’re standing at the grocery store debating on whether or not you’ll actually eat all those good intentions you’re putting in your cart.

 

We’ve compiled a list of a few great recipes we keep in our back pocket for when we’re feeling uninspired or just too busy to play chef that week. Hopefully it will provide you with some good tricks for staying healthy even when you feel like you don’t have the time.

 

Wraps

Nothing is easier than throwing together a wrap. It’s got all the ease of a sandwich with a little less bread and more possibilities to stuff it with.
