Maintaining a consistent workout regimine can be difficult when you move around a lot. Workout equipment is costly and difficult to move with and your favorite gym may not always be available wherever you go. On top of that, nursing is a demanding career, and you may not always feel like going out of your way to go to the gym after you’re done with a shift.
Working out from home is easier than ever with helpful (and free!) resources on the internet. If you’re struggling to maintain a workout regimine that you’re satisfied with, try out some of these videos for convenient, fun workouts that you can do from home.

Hip Hop Tabata with Keaira LaShae by POPSUGAR Fitness
POPSUGAR has lots of fun workouts on their Youtube channel to suit different tastes and difficulties, and to work out different parts of your body.
One of their fun no-equipment workout videos features Keaira LaShae of Super Hero Fitness TV, and shows you how to do a high energy Hip Hop Tabata routine. This video is great because it’ll really get your heart rate up and make you sweat, all while teaching you fun dance moves. Keaira features 7 dance moves in her video, and you complete them in sets of 4 with 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off.
Warm up and cool down are included in this workout, and Keaira offers suggestions on how to make each move easier or harder, depending on what you’re ready for.

32 Minute Home Cardio Workout by Fitness Blender
This cardio workout only takes 32 minutes to complete, and includes all sorts of workout moves that will engage every part of your body. The video starts out pretty easy and ramps up from there, making it easier for you to start even on the days where you really don’t feel like exercising.
This video excels at being readily accessible to newcomers by showing you what the next move will be before you start so that you can get a good idea of what to do. The instructor also gives advice on how to make the moves more difficult throughout the video, so that you can tailor the moves to your difficulty level.
15-Minute at Home Bodyweight Strength Workout by bodybuilding.com
Don’t have a full 30 minutes to dedicate to your workout? This option by bodybuilding.com will work your whole body in just 15 minutes. Like the other videos on this list, they offer options for modifying the exercise to fit your current ability level.
This video is particularly helpful in describing the form for the workouts and explaining where you should be feeling the burn. If you’re very new to at-home exercising, this may be a good video to start with. While the instructors do use equipment in this video, they offer at-home suggestions so that you don’t need to bring any dedicated equipment with you.
