Therapy - Physical Therapist

Additional Information: Position Description: 1.General job duties. Types of procedures required. Provide Outpatient Physical Therapy evaluation and treatment to adult and geriatric patients with a wide variety of diagnosis including CVA, Concussion, Vestibular, other Neuro diagnosis, Orthopedics in busy OP Clinic. If open to it, may orient to float up to acute care in the Critical Access Hospital upstairs from the clinic, but not absolutely required. 2.Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) EPIC3.Required skills and minimum years of experience.Minimum of 2 years in OP Therapy with a variety of diagnosis as described above. 4.Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)BLS5.Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) Day shift. 40 hours per week. Days to be determined. Monday through Friday.,6.Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?) Optional, acute care and swing bed- 12 bed CAH upstairs from clinic.7.Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.OP8.Nurse to patient ratio of this unit.
